 GROUP CRUISE RATES:  All rates are based on double occupancy and include: Air from your gateway city to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil: your ground transfer between the Rio de Janeiro airport and the cruise port of Rio De Janeiro, your 16 day cruise, post cruise ground transfers from the port Valparaiso, Chile to the Santiago, Chile airport, your return air from Santiago, Chile to your gateway airport: all port charges, government fees, customs fees, immigration taxes, international departure cruise only taxes and registration for all our group's special programs including sign language interpreters at selective events.

Rates for your stateroom vary depending on which of the 200 gateway cities in the United States or Canada you are flying from, the state room category you choose and the number of people sharing the stateroom.

An example rate: flying from Newark, New Jersey for 2 people sharing a double inside stateroom starting is only $8000.00 per couple, $4000.00 per person.

Optional Cruise Protection Insurance is available at an additional charge.

Optional pre-cruise hotel stays in  Rio De Janeiro, Brazil or post-cruise hotel stays in Santiago, Chile; and tour packages are available for one, two, three or more day stays, these are additional charges. Rates depend on what hotel or package you wish and are on request.

Deposits made by October 1, 2007 receive the guaranteed room stateroom rates for our group allotment.  After the 1st of October 2007 staterooms may still be booked but rates are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Stateroom upgrades are available at an additional charge.

Final payment date: 1 December 2007

Payments can be made by major credit card: American Express, Master card, Visa and Discover. We will send out a charge form for everyone to sign who uses a credit card.  Group members may pay by check made payable to S E Unlimited Travel.

If someone needs to cancel prior to the date of final payment, 1 December 2007, they may do so without penalty and their deposit will be refunded. If they need to cancel after 1 December 2007 the cruise line does  impose penalties up to the total cost of the cruise unless you have the cruise protection insurance plan.
