GROUP CRUISE RATES: All rates are based on double occupancy and include: airfare from your gateway city to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: your ground transfer between the airport and the Cruise Port of Vancouver: your 14 day cruise: post-cruise, your your ground transfer from the Port of San Francisco, California to the San Francisco airport, your return flight to your gateway city, all the port charges, government fees, customs fees, immigration taxes and international departure cruise only taxes and registration for all our group's special programs including sign language interpreters at selective events.
Rates for your stateroom vary depending on on which of the 200 gateway cities in the USA or Canada you are flying from, the stateroom category you choose and the number of people sharing the stateroom.
As an example: Flying from Newark, New Jersey for 2 people sharing a double inside stateroom starts at only $4,500.00 per couple, $2,250.00 per person
Optional cruise protection insurance is available at an additional charge.
Optional pre-cruise hotel stays in Vancouver, British Columbia or post-cruise hotel stays in San Francisco, California, and tour packages are available for one, two, three or more days, these are additional charges. Rate depends on what hotel or package you wish and are on request.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT: $500.00 per person at the time of booking
DEPOSIT DATE: by November 16, 2007
Deposits made by November 16. 2007 receive the guaranteed stateroom rates for our group allotment. After the 16th of November 2007 staterooms may stilled be booked but rates are not guaranteed and are subject to the availability at the time of booking. Stateroom upgrades may be available at an additional charge.
FINAL PAYMENT: by July 3, 2008
Payments may be made by major credit card: American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. We will send out a charge form for everyone to sign that uses a credit card. Group members may also pay by check.
If someone needs to cancel prior to the date of final payment (3 July 2008) they may do so without penalty and their deposit will be refunded. If they need to cancel after July 3, 2008 the cruise line does impose penalties up to the total cost of the cruise unless you have the cruise protection insurance plan.
